Summons issued to Willaim Patrick O'Connor (Secretary) of the Union to appear at the Industrial Court 11 january 1910 on a charge of organising a meeting with the purposes of aiding the continuance of a coal strike of the Bulli Branch members. Action resulted in a four month goal sentence.
