Established in 1910 as an employer based, not-for-profit organisation, the Restaurant & Catering Association of Victoria [RCAV] was registered federally in 1985, incorporated in November 1995 with other state bodies and, as the Victorian Branch of what is now the Restaurant & Catering Association of Australia, is the peak industry body within Victoria to provide business support and a range of benefits to members.
