The West Australian Employers' Federation was established in 1913 and operated until it merged with the West Australian Chamber of Manufacturers in 1975. In 1992 this body became the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Western Australia following another merger, this time with the West Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
