Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court (1964 - )

The Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court consists of three Judges, one of whom is President of the Court. The President and the other members are nominated by the Chief Justice of Western Australia. An appeal lies to the Court from any decision of The Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission or the Commission in Court Session, but only on the ground that such decision is erroneous in law or is in excess of jurisdiction.
