Seymour, Charles (1856 - 1924)

Born in 1856, Charles Seymour spent many years in the development of the labour movement in Queensland. He was involved with a number of Unions, was Secretary of the Federated Seamens Union of Australasia, Queensland Branch, was involved in the establishment of the Australian Labour Federation and from 1911 until 1915 was Editor of the "Brisbane Worker". Seymour died in 1924.
