Riley, F.J.

A South Australian by birth, Riley worked as a shearer, miner and wharf lumper. He represented Melbourne Wharf labourer on the Trades Hall Council. Riley was Scretary of the Manufacturing Grocers Union for 39 years and was President of the Melbourne Trades Hall Council 1931-32.
