Flight Crew Officers Industrial Tribunal

 
Function: Regulatory Body
The Flight Crew Officers Industrial Tribunal is constituted under Part III A of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904, and is empowered to prevent or settle, by conciliation and/or arbitration, interstate industrial disputes involving flight crew officers, ie. pilots, navigators and flight engineers employed by private and government airlines and in private aviation generally. The Tribunal consists of a one-man Tribunal and a Clerk.
