Consists of Council meeting minutes, 1902-1954, which detail the formation of the Public Service Association of Queensland and include the names of office bearers, date and location of meetings, correspondence, reports of sub-committees, business of the association and financial reports. Also includes minutes of the Public Service Association's House Committee (responsible for the maintenance of rooms and for organizing social activities) and Executive meeting minutes, 1931-1959, giving details of the names of those present, business arising from previous meetings, awards, appeals, conventions and matters to be raised at them, deputations, and classifications of staff.
