The collection consists of minutes and related papers of various pastoral associations including: The United Graziers' Association of Queensland, Graziers' Association of South-Eastern Queensland, Graziers' Association of Central and Northern Queensland, Central Coastal Graziers' Association of Queensland, Warrego Graziers' Associaton and Maranoa Graziers' Association.
