Summary
Formed in 1857, this small, conservative body operated independently from larger amalgamations within Victoria and nationally until it eventually merged with the Victorian Typographical Society and the Australian Bookbinders & Paper Rulers' Association to become part of the Printing Industry Employees' Union of Australia in 1921.
