Summary
At the South Johnstone Sugar Mill in Queensland, workers go on strike when the mill's ownership changes and they are not given preference for jobs. After a resolute and sometimes violent standoff, local railway workers become involved,
refusing to handle the "black" sugar. An Arbitration Court eventually orders a return to work, under threat of the deregistration of the Australian Rialways Union.
