Related EntriesOnline Sources
Function: Trade Union (Federal)
The Professional Officers' (State Public Services & Instrumentalities) Association was formed in 1978. In 1990 the Association merged into the State Public Services Federation and consequently assumed this title. Following a further amalgamation with the University Library Officers' Association in 1992, the Union reregistered, but under the same title. Two years later, however, the State Public Services Federation deregistered, its members opting to join the CPSU, the Community & Public Sector Union.
