Summary
The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry [ACCI] is the peak council of Australian business associations. Its member network has over 350,000 businesses represented through Chambers of Commerce in each State and Territory, and a nationwide network of industry associations.
Established in 1992 by the merging of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Australian Industry, ACCI continues a lineage dating back to the beginning of the twentieth century with the formation of the Associated Chambers of Commerce of the Commonwealth of Australia.
